Please review these product, packing, delivery and care conditions before confirming a Printagram Designs order.

Product colour and print

Actual colours may vary slightly because of screen settings, print processing and material.

All sizes are approximate and may vary slightly according to the design and cutting process.

Products are printed foam-board decoration cutouts unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page.

Products are designed for simple customer assembly. Reference images or instructions may be provided.

Cutouts may be carefully removed, stored flat in a dry location and reused.

Reasonable care is taken during foam protection and corrugated box packing. Customers should inspect the package after delivery.

For damage claims, customers may be required to provide a continuous unboxing video and clear photographs.

Products manufactured after order confirmation may not be eligible for return or exchange except in approved damage or production-error cases.

Confirmed made-to-order products may not be cancellable once production begins.

Delivery estimates may vary due to courier delays, seasonal demand, customer location and circumstances outside the seller’s control.

Products are intended for decorative use. Keep all components away from water, moisture, fire, candles, diyas and direct heat.
