Which size is suitable for my murti, idol, kalash or Krishna jhula?+
Compact suits arrangements up to 10 inches (0 ft 10 in), Medium up to 18 inches (1 ft 6 in) and Big / Large up to 32 inches (2 ft 8 in). Also check the available table width in our size guide or use the free calculator.
What is included in the decoration set?+
The exact included components are shown on each product page. Ganpati sets use model-specific coordinated pieces; Janmashtami sets use Krishna-themed pieces; Gauri Mahalaxmi products contain two matching 26 × 48 inch backdrops; Single Backdrop models contain exactly one 46 × 48 inch printed backdrop with no separate towers or accessories.
Is the worship idol included?+
No. The Ganpati murti, Krishna idol or jhula, and Gauri Mahalaxmi idols are shown only to demonstrate the completed setup and are not included.
Are the table, cloth, flowers, lamps and room décor included?+
No, not unless a component is specifically listed in the product’s Included in This Set visual.
Is assembly required?+
Yes. The cutout pieces are packed separately and arranged by the customer. The setup is designed for simple DIY assembly.
Is the decoration reusable?+
Yes, the cutouts can be carefully removed, stored flat and reused with proper care.
What material and printing are used?+
The products are printed foam-board cutouts with eco-solvent glossy print, unless otherwise stated on a specific product.
Is delivery free throughout India?+
Yes. Standard catalogue pricing includes free shipping all over India.
Which standard sizes are available?+
Ganpati cutout sets and Janmashtami designs are offered in Compact, Medium and Big / Large. Gauri Mahalaxmi uses one standard pair of two 26 × 48 inch backdrops. Single Backdrop models use one fixed 46 × 48 inch size. Every product page shows its exact size and price.
How do I place an order?+
Choose a model and size, use Add to Cart or Buy Now, enter your delivery details, select UPI or bank transfer, and continue with the prepared order on WhatsApp.
Can I place a bulk or wholesale order?+
Yes. Use the Bulk & Wholesale page and share your organisation, city, quantity, models, sizes and expected order date.
How is the product packed?+
The decoration components are protected with foam and packed in a corrugated box. Tracking details are shared after dispatch.
What should I do if the parcel is damaged?+
Keep a continuous unboxing video and clear photographs. Contact our official WhatsApp number promptly with the evidence for review.
How long does delivery take?+
Delivery usually takes 7–9 days. During high seasonal order load or courier delays, it may take up to 11 days. Complete tracking is shared after dispatch.
Can I cancel after production begins?+
These products are manufactured after confirmation. Cancellation may not be possible after production begins.
